Description of assignment:

This is a comprehensive study of the education sector of Dodhara Chadani Municipality to explore the overall education status including physical, digital infrastructure, quality of education, teacher’s quality and find out the reasons behind the problem and provide recommendation for improvement to meet the global standard of the education of the municipality.

1. Undertake macro-level and macro level assessment of existing situation of the education of the entire Rural Municipality based educational institutions (public and private schools). Assessment of the education indicators including physical and digital infrastructure of schools within Municipality.
2. Identification of problems and known causes and effects on education performance, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to the enhancement of the education system of the municipality. Causes of problems include education structure, infrastructure, and institutional capacity and so on.
3. Undertake necessary feasibility level studies, institutional analysis and identify the requirement for the improvement of the quality education through adoption of the digital infrastructure including computer and internet-based teaching and learning method and so on.
4. Conduct necessary assessment on how to create child friendly learning environment to the grade ECD to grade 3 and suggest the required infrastructure to be prepared
5. Deliver and submit hard and softy copy of the field level assessment report.
