The objectives of the assignment are:

• to provide service support to the potential entrepreneurs of RETs/MHP catchment area to translate them into real entrepreneurs in several administrative actions from starting of an enterprise, creating employment opportunity and increase household level income.
• to provide skill of making business Plan/proposal to the potential entrepreneurs of provinces through the support on technical skill  of developing business proposal/plan.
• to support to establish and verify the establishment of energy linked new enterprises.
• to provide technical guidance to the newly started entrepreneurs for the access to subsidy grant with AEP.
